What is Korean style BBQ?
Korean style BBQ is a popular Korean cooking style that involves using gas, charcoal or wood to grill meat and vegetables over a grill above an open flame inlaid on the dining table.
The key to success with this type of cooking is precision and patience – the food needs to be cooked slowly over low heat, so that it retains its moisture and flavors, and not get burnt.
Korean style BBQ has become quite popular in Singapore over the past decade thanks to its unique flavor profile and easy preparation time.
It can be easily customized to your own specific taste by adjusting the amount of kimchi, gochujang, and other spices used.
Plus, it’s a great way to enjoy some delicious grilled meat with friends and family.
